We offer specialized services through Wisconsin's CLTS waiver program, all at no cost to eligible families. From safety planning to daily living skills, we provide individualized support in your home and community.
MindRight Behavior is proud to serve families in the Children's Long-Term Support Waiver (CLTS) program. If you're unsure whether your child is eligible or you'd like to request services, we're here to help.
Settings: Currently, our services are offered exclusively in-home, daycare, via telehealth, and within community settings. We look forward to expanding our service options in the future.
Authorization: CLTS services require prior authorization through your county waiver program. We are happy to coordinate directly with your support and service coordinator.
