Maybe it's the daily meltdowns that feel impossible to prevent. The behaviors you don't understand. The systems you can't navigate. The team that's drowning.
Maybe you've tried to get help before, and nothing worked.
Or insurance said no. Or the waitlist was six months long.
Maybe you're just tired. Overwhelmed. Not sure what to try next.
We've been there. We're here to help.

Jenn spent 15 years watching families get stuck in systems that weren't built for them.
Insurance companies deciding what kids needed. Billing codes driving treatment plans. Families waiting months for approval while behaviors escalated.
She kept thinking: There has to be a better way. So she built one.
MindRight Behavior exists because Jenn refused to let insurance requirements dictate care. She wanted autonomy. Flexibility. The ability to say yes to what families actually need, not what a billing code allows.
Her superpower? Seeing gaps others miss. Building systems that work. Turning "this is impossible" into "here's how we do it."
She's a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. A licensed behavior analyst in Wisconsin. A CLTS provider. But more than that, she's someone who genuinely believes every person has the capacity to thrive when given the right support.
In addition to being a mom, she co-owns MindRight Performance & Training with her husband. They've run it for 12 years. That's where the "get your mind right" philosophy comes from, and it drives everything she does at MindRight Behavior.

Courtney has spent over a decade helping families, educators, and teams navigate challenging behaviors with calm, strategic support.
What makes her different is her dual expertise: deep knowledge of applied behavior analysis AND intimate understanding of how schools actually work. She holds a Masters in Special Education with an emphasis in ABA, which means she creates behavior plans that don't just look good on paper, they actually work in real classrooms with real constraints.
She specializes in person-centered interventions, tailoring strategies to each child's unique strengths rather than applying one-size-fits-all protocols. But she's equally passionate about training the people who support those children daily—parents, teachers, paraprofessionals—because sustainable progress requires empowering the adults who are there when she's not.
Over 7+ years, Courtney has become essential to bridging clinical excellence with systems-level insight. She helps families understand how school supports connect to home routines. She helps educators translate behavioral concepts into practical application. And she helps organizations build teams that can sustain quality services independently.
Her approach empowers families to feel confident, supports professional growth in the teams she trains, and drives meaningful outcomes across home, school, and clinical settings. She brings calm to chaos, clarity to confusion, and genuine investment in every person's success.

Silvia has spent over a decade providing bilingual, culturally responsive behavioral support across clinics, schools, and telehealth settings.
What makes her different is her understanding that effective support goes beyond language. Yes, she provides services in English and Spanish, but more than translation, she brings cultural humility. She recognizes that every family's values, traditions, and lived experiences shape how they engage with support, and she adapts her approach accordingly.
She specializes in functional behavior assessments, natural environment teaching, and parent coaching, all delivered with attention to cultural context and accessibility. Her approach empowers families and professionals with clear, practical strategies that honor their strengths and lead to meaningful change.
While living in Wisconsin, Silvia worked with Jenn Emnott conducting assessments and training teams. She also served as Behavioral Consultant for Denmark School District, supporting IEP teams and training staff on inclusive education practices. Throughout her career, she's consistently centered equity, inclusion, and collaboration in everything she does.
Now based in California and working remotely, Silvia brings clinical expertise and systems-thinking to support individuals and organizations nationwide. She's deeply committed to ensuring behavioral health services remain accessible to all families, regardless of language, cultural background, or location, and dedicated to MindRight Behavior's mission of compassionate, collaborative, sustainable care.
